recipe marble cake:

• 300 grams butter
• 275 grams sugar

stir until smooth and little by little add

• 4 eggs
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• a pinch salt
• 500 grams flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• 1/8 litre milk

Pour 2/3 of the dough into a greased bowl; Mix the remaining dough with

• 30 grams cocoa
• 25 grams sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 2 tablespoons rum

Pour the cocoa dough into the mold over the light dough. Then use two spoons to spiral through the layers of dough to create the marble pattern.

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 50 to 65 minutes.
